Registration Fee includes:

- Lodging for 2/12/10, 2/13/10, and 2/14/10

- Meals from dinner on Friday, 2/12/10 through lunch on Monday, 2/15/10

- Conference program and materials


Important Notes:
  1. Space is VERY LIMITED, with only 330 spots available. Be sure to register early, so that you can come!
  2. All payment is done online using any major credit or debit card (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
  3. Standard lodging is single-gender rooms of bunk beds, housing 4-8 people with attached bathrooms.
  4. Deluxe lodging are single-gender rooms of 2-4 people with attached bathrooms.
  5. Families and married couples may request one deluxe room together.

Family Registration Information

Family pricing will be calculated upon registration, depending on the number of adults and children. There are only a limited number of rooms allocated for parents with infants and for families including couples (so as to not have to share a room with others) so please register early!


Families must register for deluxe level housing.

  • 0-1 year old - free, NO childcare provided
  • 2-3 years old: $125 - Toddler Childcare provided
  • 4-12 years old: $125 - Children's Program provided
  • 13-17 years old - pricing the same as adult, NO children's program (must be registered with an adult)

To determine your child's age, just calculate how old he/she is by Feb 12, 2010.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact the registrar if you would like to cancel.

  • Cancellation before 1/10/10 - $50 will be withheld from your refund.
  • Cancellation between 1/10/10 and before 2/2/10 - 50% of your registration cost will be withheld.
  • Cancellation after 2/2/10 - no refund, but please contact us so that we can adjust accordingly.

If you are unable to attend, transferring registration accounts to another person is not permitted.

Financial Aid

Scholarships are available on a limited basis and are granted by faith that God will provide through a freewill offering during the conference. Before applying for a scholarship, please be creative in seeking other resources to help cover your registration costs.


To apply for a scholarship, prayerfully complete the scholarship form and submit your responses via email to the registrar. The scholarship committee will notify before you register the amount of scholarship we are able to grant. Download the scholarship form here.
